I would change or get rid of the auto delivery expectation date. I had never ordered a fish on line before. I assumed the date given was when it would be here. Or close at least. It took about 10 days. I contacted a couple times and was told I just ordered it and it would be here in a couple days. It was 5 days later than that. If the website didn't tell me a date, I would have been more accepting. I won't make the same mistake in the future, so really not an issue moving forward as I know what to expect. That said although I wasn't pumped about the service, my fish arrived as described Ed and very healthy. He or she is doing great and I have enjoyed having it so far. Red spotted severum was a wishlist fish and I am very happy with it
Hi thanks for you feedback! expectation date is given base on the day of the week you placed your order, we take the travel of our fish very searious as we are dealing with live stocks and not a dry good in the case of this order came in late on sunday Oct 13 by that time we already prepared all orders (fish) that came in that week to start shipping Monday the 14, I am a small business with one helper but when it comes to packing and shipping orders going out i do that all by my self as i want to make sure fish is packed correctly with no issues, i start shipping on monday in order that was receved during of the week, expetation date given by system was Oct 22 and was shipped on the 21 and delivered that day Oct 22 at 12:49pm ( so delivered on max time promissed)
I am sorry you expected before but we need to make sure fish is prepared for the trip.
