Red belly pacu was Dead on arrival. Reached out to seller and he reimbursed me with a $50 gift card for Danbury Aquatic. Not wanting to experience the same situation a second time with the pacu, I opted to purchase a different fish with the gift card, (a balloon body Green Texas Cichlid). As of today the 6th of September, the seller has yet to send the replacement fish or reach out to me regarding my purchase, of which I ordered last Sunday the 31st of August (next day air UPS). The seller was issued pictures of deceased fish for conformational purposes.
Sir fish was refunded, and new order is scheduled to ship. Next day air doesn't mean fish gets shipped same day as order comes in, live fish gets prepped for the journey on weekends with no feeding and them shipped so you order is schedule to ship this week
