I’ve been getting my fish from around my area for years and have lost at least half within a week if not more. I got a bunch of fish from Danbury and lost absolutely none of them except for one little cat fish that got caught in the crease of the bag while shipping. I am extremely happy with this place and plan on getting all my fish from them for now in

4 of the 6 arrived dead and the other 2 died within 30 minutes of arrival. Unfortunately due to the need to get the 2 live ones out of the bag we had to open it, which voided the terms to notify the seller. I will still order again from here as all the other fish I ordered arrived in good condition and are doing well
always take pictures or videos at arrival and videos while opening the bag really helps us for DOA policy. reming me on next order so i can send you extra fish to cover DOA on this order. thanks for the review
Second time I ordered the neons and they have all died also. The other fish are just fine. First time I contacted the business they were very rude so I didnt do it again. Just not worth it.
Sorry i never received any DOA message from you on the Neons! All DOA at arrival is fully credited back to you if pictures are sent on time and as requested on DOA policy!
