Fish arrived healthy. In great shape!
Extremely disappointed with this seller's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. ordered a specific type of fish, and to avoid any confusion, I even confirmed with them that it was the correct one before placing my order. Despite this, they shipped me the wrong fish entirely. To add insult to injury, they insisted pay for return shipping to receive a refund for their mistake! had to go to extreme lengths and waste a significant amount of time to finally get my money back. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their error speaks volumes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this vendor at all costs.
Please if you going to leave a review leave a fair review on the product you made a mistake ordering, you received every fish was listed on your order and even offered you a discount deal if you want to order the right fish, but no you wanted to keep what I shipped witch is what you ordered by mistake(for free)!
