Poor customer service immediately assumed the problems with the fish I ordered was my fault. Also accused me of being inexperienced when I’ve kept fish for about 10 years. I said I didn’t want a refund just wanted to inform him of the condition of the fish when it arrived and he got very defensive. He immediately responded with “no way” before I had even went into details. He asked me to send photos/videos of the fish. I didn’t do so based on his previous responses it seemed he just wanted to argue and attack me. He also sent me screenshots of texts he’d had with previous customers which I didn’t feel was appropriate.
LD your statament is not true, when issues happens feel days after arrival and fish hits your tank , we try to help undestand what could be the reason for the issues you having, doing that by asking simple questions to undestand your system and tank mates, I have many customers that are experienced and many that are new to the hobby, apperantly you the one that got defensive due to be in the hobby for 10 years and did not want the help. The screenshot i sent was just to show what many new to the hobby do by not undestanding that tank need to be cycled before adding fish and that was just to show that people realize their fault sometimes, all I asked was pictures and videos so i could help, by not sending me those tells me something was wrong on your system.
I recently picked up Blue Hi Fin rams and Gold Hi Fin rams from Danbury Aquarium and they are doing great three weeks later. Very healthy. Will buy from again.
