Very sluggish on arrival and put it down to stress from shipping. I noticed in the bag some long stringy poop . After letting the fish acclimate I followed all procedure for releasing in my 125 gallon tank where he would be the only occupant. Water parameter was perfect . He was on his side almost immediately and dead within hours. I saved for the fish, but thought these guys would at least contact me but no reply pics for attention take note of how mangy he looks! No resemblance to what was advertised! They should make this right! But guess this review won’t make it!
Any issues at arrival please text pictures and videos same day as requested on delivery instructions included with your packing slip, you received your order 3/14/2025 at 11:27am did not received any message of any issues at delivery, and you review came in 5 days after delivery. I could worked with you if communication was made at time of delivery! we have no control over your system or tank mates.

Fish looks amazing! Colors are beautiful, nice and healthy and the owner is great with any questions you have! Communicates with you very well and very helpful
