From my first contact to when the fish arrived, I received excellent service, answers to all my questions and concerns and prompt responses from my messages. The fish arrived exactly when he said they would. They were packaged very well. And when I had a few follow-up concerns post delivery, he addressed those right away too. I was thoroughly impressed and I will be purchasing more in the future .
