This was my first time ordering a fish and I’m soooo glad I chose Danbury to go through! Their shipping was efficient and effective, making sure my fish arrived safe and alive. I honestly as not sure if he would have survived the trip all the way tot he West coast from the East, but because of their packaging technique, he made it safe and sound.

There were 2 clown leaches in the order. 1 arrived DOA the other was barely alive and died within the hour. As a new customer I did not receive the 15% discount and instead of a refund for the 1 DOA I was given a store credit that I could use to purchase replacements. The other deceased loach was a loss.as I had removed it from the bag in an attempt to save it. I doubt I will be using ithe credit since the fish I received were in very poor condition

The Flagtail Prochilodus has been my 125 gallon South American aquarium for apprx. 5 days and looks good, healthly and adjusted .
