Altolamprologus compressiceps Chaitika Orange is a cichlid fish that is native to Lake Tanganyika in Africa. It is a popular aquarium fish due to its attractive orange coloration. This fish is a bottom-dweller and prefers to live in rocky areas with plenty of hiding places. It is an omnivore and will eat a variety of foods, including live food, flakes, and pellets.
This fish is relatively easy to care for in the aquarium. It requires a water temperature of 24-27 degrees Celsius and a pH of 7.5-8.5. It should be kept in a tank that is at least 200 gallons in size.
This fish is peaceful and can be kept in community tanks. However, it may become aggressive towards other fish if it is not given enough space. It is also known to be territorial, so it is best to keep it in groups of at least 5-7 fish.
