Guarantee and Claims: The company's DOA Policy is to Guarantee the Quality & Live arrival of Livestock. The company has no control over the conditions to which the Live stock is subjected to, during transit up to the customer’s location. Any DOA less than 5% will be considered the customer responsibility. Any DOA above that, provided Pictures are submitted within the specified time & it seems reasonable that the quality of the Live stock was not up to par, we will stand behind our product & Credit the loss of Livestock on the next shipment. DOA's are to be strictly interpreted as Dead On Arrival & pictures are to be sent within 12 hours of arrival by E-mail or Text Message preferable pictures with DOA in the original sealed bag. We will then send you a credit note to reflect the credit due to the customer. Our intention is to build long term relationships - and we understand consistent & chronically high DOA's cannot sustain a mutually profitable Business relationship.
